Bread & Honey Café

Today I visited Bread & Honey on N Vancouver and Fremont for their cinnamon roll! It was super cold out this morning, but this café is super cozy and smelled so good when I walked in, I wanted to stay all morning! This cinnamon roll has a drizzle of salted caramel across the top and it looks super cute. When you bite in - all you can really taste is salted caramel, which is tasty but I had a hard time detecting any cinnamon in this one. The bread is a little on the dry side, but the frosting (which is a simple cream-cheese-based frosting that wasn’t too sweet) works great with the caramel sauce, Basically the roll felt like a vehicle to get this caramel frosting into my mouth, and it made for a yummy dessert, but didn’t taste too cinnamon-rolly.

Favorite part: Well, salted caramel is hella good

Least favorite part: The bread was dry and didnt taste like a cinnamon roll.
