Fat City Café

Today I visited Fat City in Multnomah Village for their cinnamon roll! I’ve been looking forward to this HUGE cinnamon roll since the beginning, but I didn’t realize until I got out to Fat City that this roll is actually vegan! This cinnamon roll looks INSANE. I actually couldn’t tell which side was up, this looked like someone dropped a loaf of bread off a bridge, then chopped it with an axe into a square and frosted the bottom of it. And you know what? I was INTO it. This cinnamon roll is delicious! I really liked that there was very little frosting, just a light coating, and the cinnamon on the inside was great! The bread was also pretty darn good. My only critique would be that I didn’t quite understand why there was so much bread. You really feel like you’re eating a full loaf. If they cut the amount of bread in half - this would be one of the best!

Favorite part: The cinnamon streusel inside was delicious and had a hint of coffee flavor (? maybe I made that up)

Least favorite part: Too much bread!
