New Cascadia Traditional

Today I visited New Cascadia Traditional on SE Division and 25th for their cinnamon roll! This is a gluten-free bakery with a newer store-front on Division. It’s a really beautiful space and it smelled wonderful when I walked in. I had to ask for their cinnamon roll because I didn’t recognize this little guy in the pastry case, but the person who helped me was incredibly sweet and even offered to warm it up for me. This one has a ton of cinnamonny-spiciness and it really powers through any feelings you may have about the gluten-free bread. This is a spectacular choice for GF, and not too sweet! There was only a tiny bit of frosting, but it was pretty good. I am normally a little frosting-averse, but this could have used a little more to give it that extra gooeyness. Otherwise a great choice!

Favorite part: Tons of sweet cinnamon- smelled amazing!

Least favorite part: Needed more of that tasty frosting.
