Paper & Twine

Last weekend I picked up an order from Paper & Twine on SE Woodstock for their cinnamon rolls! P&T has been doing pop-ups around town and I was really excited to get some of their home-baked cinnamon rolls! These beauties were warm when I picked them up and my car smelled so good, I very nearly pulled over to try just a little taste before I got home, lol! These rolls pack a powerful punch, they’re dense and sugary - and soooo good. My wife noted that these really have a homemade feel, which we both really liked a lot, each roll is a little different and made with care. The frosting is pretty darn sweet, which I don’t always love, but there’s a huge amount of that brown cinnamon streusel in-between, and that goes a long way with me! The bread and cinnamon flavor is just so tasty that it makes up for any feelings I had about the frosting. Seek Paper and Twine out! I would love to try their other offerings!

Favorite part: The cinnamon streusel on the inside of these rolls is insanely good!

Least favorite part: Frosting is maybe a touch too sweet?
