Sweedeedee

Today I visited Sweedeedee on N Albina and Sumner for their cinnamon roll! These came right out of the oven when I arrived this morning and I was drooling before I even paid. I got this baby home and - oh my GOD. Every single element of this roll is top-notch. My wife is French and she said the brioche is absolutely authentic and one of the best she’s had in the United States- its pillowy, melts in your mouth, with excellent flavor. The frosting is incredible- a hint of cream cheese, but it’s not sweet and the flavor is divine. The cinnamon level is perfect, and it’s gooey and moist and when I reached the center I literally fell to the floor and purred like a cat (not kidding). They told me that they only offer their cinnamon roll over the holidays- so run out and grab one while you can!

Favorite part: Everything! Each bite was a little treasure.
